If the instrument you ordered from Sutton Strings does not meet your expectations for any reason, you have three days to notify us that you would like to make a return. The instrument must be shipped by the next business day. All shipping charges will be absorbed by the buyer. Once received, all returns will be carefully inspected for any damages incurred before a refund is granted.
